The original website lacked a couple of things.
Firstly the website lacked a professional look. While competitors stood out with a sleek and professional look, the YouGrow website was far behind.
Another thing that the website was not a good reflection of the company. While the company itself is one of the market leaders, the website didn’t reflect this. Also the style was lackluster and didn’t reflect the company at all.
Conducting thorough UX research and iterative design work, I maintained constant communication with the company for feedback.
The refreshed website not only looked more professional but also retained its high conversion rates.
